然而，自联邦学生会长神秘失踪起，那些非日常的潜流开始浸染故事的主题。原本，联邦学生会长为结束纷争而进行布局「伊甸条约」，即将降临在圣三一与格黑娜这两所势同水火的学院之上。而随着她的离去，这份蓝图还能否化为现实？两所学院能否走上和解的道路？「乐园」存在的命题能否得到证明？答案犹未可知。而在两所学院领导人的目光之外，一张阴谋之网正在悄然织结，试图将和平与希望一同拽入仇恨的深渊……
在「伊甸条约」的焦点之外，千年科技学院的封锁区传来异动，沉睡于废墟下的远古造物正在苏醒；阿拜多斯的黄沙中，凯撒集团的贪婪触手伸向阿拜多斯高中最后的自治区，并试图染指联邦的统治；小兔子公园内，前特种学院成员的武装示威愈演愈烈，联邦的正义正遭受挑战；而在暗处，一群研究者，和你一样来自基沃托斯之外，也在开展着关于「神秘」的实验……
在所有故事的起点，一切可能的结局尚未到来之际，老师，您又将如何抉择，将无数的偶然书写成奇迹的必然。

Within Abydos's golden sands, the greedy tendrils of the Kaiser Group reach toward Abydos High School's last autonomous district, attempting to seize control over the Federation itself. In Bunny Park, armed demonstrations led by former SRT members escalate, challenging the Federation's sense of justice. Meanwhile, hidden in the shadows, a group of researchers—like you, hailing from beyond Kivotos—conduct their own experiments regarding "Mystery"...

Blue Archive: Where All Miracles Begin is a fan-made module created within the universe of Blue Archive, the 2D game developed by Nexon Games. While staying as faithful as possible to the official storyline, we've introduced multiple original plotlines to explore new possibilities arising from different choices.
Currently in the demo stage, we warmly welcome enthusiasts from fields such as programming, art design, and writing to join our development team.
PS: Currently the mod only support simplified chinese, so translators are also warmly welcomed.
